I already had the fear that the rubberfurs site is dead, at least the well known forum (http://www.rubberfurs.org/forum/ to which the link from the main site points) has been disappeared long ago.

In this new forum here nothing happened since approximately one year and i just wanted to post a message today and ask if there is anyone alive at all. Then i saw that a new discussion has just started so there is still a little bit of life left here.

Just as a question of curiosity, but who of you is still alive and why has it been so silent in the past?

  • The new forum has been under way for a while, and rather than fix the old one i decided to spend the time working on the new one. It was launched earlier this week for testing, and well, it seems people have figured it out now :) The link on the main site no longer points to the old forum, so this is now the official one. i still have to get an importer working for the old posts, but for now, just post your stuff here :)

    The site is more than a forum, though, as the new Updates section will also show you :)

  • Yeah, the reason there's no posts is because the forum got nuked from orbit. :P
